Amanda Waldy trained for three years at The Webber-Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art. Her West End appearances include, Tarantara at the Phoenix Theatre and Dusa, Fish, Stas & Vi at the Mayfair. Other theatre appearances include a national tour of Murder At The Vicarage and Joseph And His Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat in which she played Mrs Potiphar. She has appeared at the Civic Theatre Ayre in The Gentle Hook, The Sunshine Boys and The Reluctant Debutante. At The Oxford Playhouse she appeared in Startalk. Amanda also toured Israel in Habeus Corpus. In Hong Kong not only did she appear in several productions - Tomfoolery, My Fat Friend, The Gingerbread Lady and Educating Rita - for Theatre East Company, she also performed with Jenny Tarren for the first time and, with her, helped to form the successful company Actors Rep. She recently appeared in Lady Windermere's Fan at The Chichester Festival Theatre. Her television appearances to date include Rockliffe's Babies, Rockliffe's Follies, All Creatures Great And Small, Kiss The Girls And Make Them Cry for BBC and Two Girls And A Millionaire for ITV. She also appeared in the film Hussy.
